Any and all materials, paid or free, that You access on this or any related domains are the sole ownership or licensed use of Twisted Intimacy LLC.
You are not allowed to reproduce any part of Our product(s) or related communications.
You are receiving a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial use only, in order to access any content or materials in the products You have paid for or opted to receive.
If you violate this license by giving or selling a copy of Our products, recordings, or workbooks to anyone, We reserve the right to send You a bill for the licenses you have sent to others and revoke your access to Our products, recordings, or workbooks permanently.
Licenses for these items are available for purchase, starting at March 3, 2022. If you choose to take these actions, you will be notified and billed accordingly.
Access Your purchases for Your personal use or use in Your business for non-commercial purposes.
You may NOT:
Re-sell or trade Your access to Your purchases.
Share Your purchase with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted in to receive it.
Reprint or republish any of your purchases, in part or in whole.
Distribute any of the materials contained in Your purchases or related materials and/or communications as Your own, otherwise known as stealing.
Reproduce and tweak any part or whole of Your purchases for distribution as Your own work.
Claim ownership or use any of Our intellectual property without Our prior consent, which includes (but is not limited to): copyrights such as course materials, worksheets, workbooks, lessons, videos, and more; trademarks such as names, logos, taglines, or other unique source identifiers; or trade dress including the look and feel of any of Our offerings (and its related communications and materials).
Use Our offering or any related materials and/or communications in an unlawful way or for any illegal or unlawful purpose(s).
All information that is provided will remain confidential at all times. We will never give or sell your information.
Our services are strictly for educational purposes only. The services discussed on this website do not in any way include or relate to the Code of Virginia Article 3 18.2-346, 18.2-346.01, 18-2.348, 18.2-348.1, 18.2-356, and 18.2-357.
Cancellation/Force Majeure/Late/No-Show Policies
Please be advised that you can cancel your ticket to a class/workshop/event up to 72 hours before the scheduled service via email and will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the scheduled service not be subject to a refund. This includes appointments where service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.
As a courtesy, your tickets are confirmed electronically the day before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. From this confirmation email, you have the option of the following without a charge:
Respond back by email with any changes or issues;
Call our office number which is provided in the email for customer service;
A. No party will be liable for nonperformance of any of its obligations under the agreement if its nonperformance was due to a Force Majeure Event as defined in paragraph (B) of this Article, on condition that such party complies with the conditions in paragraph (C) of this Article.
B. A Force Majeure Event shall mean any act of God; war; riot; civil strife; act of terrorism, domestic or foreign; embargo; governmental rule, regulation or decree; flood, fire, hurricane, tornado, or other casualty; earthquake; strike, lockout, or other labor disturbance; the unavailability of labor or materials to the extent beyond the control of the party affected; pandemic; quarantine; or any other events or circumstances not within the reasonable control of the party affected, whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing.
C. Upon occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, the non-performing party shall promptly notify the other party that a Force Majeure Event has occurred, its anticipated effect on performance, including its expected duration. The non-performing party shall furnish the other party with periodic reports regarding the progress of the Force Majeure Event. The non-performing party shall use reasonable diligence to minimize damages and to resume performance.
If you are late for your scheduled session, it will shorten your time and service provider is not obligated to make up the time.
If you are a “no-show”, service provider will not refund your money and you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
